To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, we are using this month to introduce female speakers who are providing important insights into business and society. Throughout March, we will therefore be showcasing several outstanding female speakers from our network who will be offering their perspectives on the key developments of our time.
To kick things off, we are introducing three speakers who will explore, from different perspectives, how companies and organisations can be led in the future and how they can remain competitive.
- Barbara Frenkel, former Chief Procurement Officer at Porsche AG, whose focus is on geopolitics and its impact on global supply chains
- Janina Kugel, former Chief Human Resources Officer at Siemens and an expert in modern leadership and transformation
- Antje von Dewitz, Managing Director of the outdoor company VAUDE and one of the most prominent advocates of values-based corporate governance
In their keynotes they analyse economic developments, discuss modern leadership and highlight the role corporate culture plays in the future of organisations. This is because transformation, new market dynamics and technological shifts are posing fundamental strategic challenges for companies. In this context, leadership and corporate culture are increasingly becoming decisive factors for success.
