Petra Bindl is an international presenter and journalist. She has been working in television for many years, as well as presenting events, conferences, panel discussions, press conferences, trade fairs and galas. She developed an interest in journalism whilst still at school. After studying business administration at the University of Erlangen Nuremberg, specialising in marketing and communication studies, she gained her first practical experience during a work placement at the radio station Antenne Bayern. She began her television career at DSF. Over the years, she went on to work at Premiere/Sky Deutschland, Deutsche Welle TV, Eurosport, the Olympic Channel and ZDF. To this day, she reports on major sporting events across a wide variety of programme formats. Alongside her work in television, Petra Bindl is a presenter for topics relating to business, technology and the future. Her areas of focus include, amongst others, the automotive sector, new mobility, digitalisation, artificial intelligence, sustainability and transformation. She facilitates panel discussions, conferences and corporate events, not only on stage but often also during the planning stages. The focus of her work is on engaging in dialogue with guests and interviewees. Petra Bindl attaches great importance to creating an atmosphere in which people feel at ease on stage and conversations can develop their own. She draws on her many years of experience in front of the camera and in front of an audience, as well as her journalistic understanding of topics, content and target audiences.
