Joachim Pawlik in Conversation - More Power! Social Fatigue is having an Impact on Companies

People in the focus
Joachim Pawlik always puts people at the centre of entrepreneurial success and is therefore also a sought-after speaker on the topics of leadership, personnel development and learning for change.

At the beginning of 2024, Joachim Pawlik received nationwide media attention when a representative survey he commissioned revealed that every second employee had lost a significant amount of energy in recent years and a third had too little energy for their daily work. Social exhaustion is having an impact on companies and it is time for companies to take action, as drastically increasing absences from work confirm the rampant lack of energy.

Causes of the lack of energy
In conversation with Roland Vestring, Joachim Pawlik discusses the causes of the lack of energy and cites external factors. In his opinion, "a new form of cooperation" can be a way out of powerlessness. But how do we implement this in day-to-day business? And why can the St Pauli Ultras, of all people, serve as a role model? How can responsibility be realised through "doing" instead of leadership?

Joachim Pawlik as keynote speaker
"Community is created when you share life," says Joachim Pawlik and shows us in our talk as well as in his lively lectures in a refreshingly concrete way how we can achieve this. He leads us from the causes of powerlessness to concrete solutions. The former professional footballer and Vice President of FC St. Pauli takes his audience right up to the Ultras of the Kiezclub. In a surprising, catchy and concrete way, he shows how managers can help their teams recharge their batteries.
