Prof. Dr Pero Micic is internationally recognised as a leading expert in future management. As founder and CEO of FutureManagementGroup AG, he advises top decision-makers in politics, business and public administration on developing future strategies and securing competitive advantages. Born in Belgrade in 1967, he studied economics with a specialisation in future management and obtained his PhD from Leeds Business School (UK) with a thesis on the methodology of future management (Phenomenology of Future Management in Top Management Teams). Since 2019, he has been Professor of Foresight and Strategy at Steinbeis University Berlin. Micic shares his expertise as an author, speaker and management consultant. The approach he has developed combines classical futures studies with the demands of business practice, enabling management teams to identify threats and opportunities at an early stage. Since 1991, as a member of the Executive Board of FutureManagementGroup AG, he has been supporting internationally active companies in analysing and strategically tapping into future markets.
