Prior to launching K.I.E.Z., Klüwer was the founder and managing director of parlamind GmbH, a customer service automation company using artificial intelligence and speech processing, which she successfully sold to become the technical managing director of its four sister companies. Previously, she worked for more than 10 years as a scientist at the German Research Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), the University of Bonn and the Free University in Berlin and holds a PhD in computational linguistics from Saarland University. Tina Klüwer has been active for many years as chair of the BMBF's Technological Sovereignty Advisory Board, an expert member of the German Bundestag's two-year Enquete Commission on Artificial Intelligence, part of the coordination group of the BMWi's and DIN's AI Standardisation Roadmap, and a member of the board of the KI-Bundesverband.
