Xenia zu Hohenlohe is founding partner and managing director of the Considerate Group, which specialises in sustainable services and business solutions. Her company's portfolio includes comprehensive CSR strategy work for all business areas as well as CSR reporting, sustainability training for employees and executives as well as the presentation of innovative technologies to reduce resource and operating costs. Considerate Group's national and international clients include the Oetker Collection, Steigenberger and Mandarin Oriental Hotels. Xenia zu Hohenlohe is a board member of the non-profit Langenburg Forum for Sustainability, which she founded together with her brother Prince Philipp Hohenlohe-Langenburg. The forum brings together decision-makers, mavericks, key players and start-ups from business, civil society and politics in order to find ways of making the necessary switch to a more sustainable way of life and business. Xenia zu Hohenlohe is also a board member of the Austrian World Summit, a climate conference organized annually by Arnold Schwarzenegger's R20 regions in Vienna. The goal of Xenia zu Hohenlohe is to integrate sustainability at all operational levels. She wants to sharpen the awareness of every employee for minimizing the climate footprint of companies and for treating the environment with respect.
