Kristina zur Mühlen is a renowned German TV journalist and presenter who has moderated more than 5,000 television shows. For 10 years, she was the face of 3sat’s science programme "nano" and for 12 years she presented ARD’s news formats Tagesschau24 and Tagesschau. Kristina zur Mühlen has a degree in physics. After studying at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, she embarked on a journalistic career and completed an apprenticeship as a television journalist at Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg. Since then, her journalistic claim has been to make topics understandable in an entertaining way. For more than 16 years Kristina zur Mühlen has been presenting topics of the future on events of ministries, associations, companies, foundations and other institutions outside of television. Thanks to her expertise in natural science and technology, Kristina knows how to entertain the audience even with challenging topics. She provides entertaining presentations on large and small stages and she knows how to build bridges so that knowledge remains comprehensible for everyone. Kristina zur Mühlen is an ambassador of the Peter Ustinov Foundation and supports projects that promote creativity.
